Refund Policy

You may cancel your travel package online for a refund if you’ve purchased a package directly from H.R. Tours and Travels, on a refundable Amount.

If you cancel a non-refundable package, only the refundable taxes will be refunded. The refund will be credited to the credit/debit card used to purchase the package. In some instances, a cancellation/refund fee may apply. To qualify for a refund, you must cancel your package within the deadline stated on your booking.

If you’ve purchased a package for a tour to or from the INDIA, you may cancel your package without penalty within 24 hours of your booking – as long as that booking is made one week or more before your flight departs. Contact H.R. Tours and Travels to cancel your package to ensure that you get a full refund.
